It all started in 2009 when Owner & President Scott Evans opened his first restaurant, Pago, a farm-to-table restaurant featuring local ingredients and a diverse wine list. Pago has received many local and national accolades over the years for its early role in bringing local food and sustainable wine to our little city of salt.
We're a small, local, family-owned business focused on bringing great and unique food to our fine Salt Lake City, Utah. You won't find outside investors or corporate ownership here. We buy high-quality, sustainable ingredients largely from other local farms and businesses and have a fantastic front and back of house team that makes us shine.
